WCB – Workers’ Compensation Board
Momentum Chiropractic is a WCB-approved clinic, and is certified to provide treatment without the requirement of a medical referral. If you have sustained an injury at work, you must ensure that you have informed your employer so that they may report to WCB within 72 hours of the injury. Once you have been assessed at the clinic, a report is forwarded to the WCB for evaluation. If the claim is accepted for coverage by WCB, a 6-week treatment period is issued and therapy is provided by the clinic and coordinates all the required paperwork on behalf of the patient.
